Starter includes a 7-day free trial with 30 AI minutes and full receptionist features. A card is required — your plan starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel.
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first paid subscription charge. Refunds are prorated based on unused included AI minutes during that first paid billing period — minutes already used incur real telephony and AI costs and are non-refundable. Overage charges are never refunded. See our Refund Policy for the formula and examples.

You set a monthly cap (default $40) — lower, raise, or turn protection off anytime. If you hit your cap, you get 10 grace minutes, then Vera pauses until you raise the cap, upgrade, or your plan renews.
